Parking Information

There are parking facilities connected to the exhibition area. A limited number of indoor parking spaces are available for purchase in the web shop (first-come-first-served). However, during the show it is recommended to use the free buses as parking spaces are limited.

To obtain your badges onsite there will be a badge pick-up desk by the main entrance of hall 2, 6 and 10.

 

Where Can I Access Bus, Taxis, or Train?

Local Bus Routes – Travel for Free!

Many of the green local buses in Stavanger go past the ONS venue. You can travel for free just by showing your ONS badge.

Shuttle Service –

Shuttle buses between the hotels and the ONS venue run frequently. Please check your hotel lobby for more information. The shuttle busses are free of charge.

Can we park at the site during build-up?

Breaches of the driving and parking regulations for the exhibition area will result in the vehicle being towed away at the owner’s expense, and exclusion of the driver from the event.

Will there be food available onsite during Build-Up and Dismantle?

When and where can I pick up my Official Catalogue?

Starting in June you can download the ONS app that will have the complete show catalogue. You can also pick up a printed copy onsite (free of charge) at all of the hall entrances.

 

Where can I find the Organizer’s Office?

The organizers office will be located outside hall 5.

 

How can I book a conference room with the USA Partnership Pavilion?

There will not be a conference room in the USA Partnership Pavilion but the organizers are offering conference rooms for a fee.

The organizers will be offering a wide range of modern meeting rooms in different sizes. Most of the rooms have a capacity of 8-12 people, and are located in Hall 10, close to the ONS Conference. With easy access and a view over the exhibition area, these rooms provide fantastic opportunity to hold a wide range of events and showcase your company. 

Meeting rooms can be booked for shorter time slots, whole days or for the total duration of ONS. Additional food and beverages can be ordered upon request and there will be a coordinator present at the premises to help with any specific requests. 

They also have a collection of larger meeting rooms available (suitable for 25-100+ people) in Halls 1, 7,10 and Clarion Hotel Energy. These come with additional AV equipment and offer the perfect location to hold your breakfast meeting, networking event, or lunch buffet presentations.

There will be food for purchasing inside each hall.

 

What services are offered in the USA Partnership Pavilion?

The Meeting Point, located in stand 9225-K, will be open during show hours and is reserved exclusively for exhibitors and their guests. It is not open to the public and all exhibitors are required to wear a U.S. Pavilion lanyard or U.S. Pavilion access sticker to enter the Meeting Point. 

Here, we will offer:

  • Complimentary refreshments
  • Coffee, hot tea, and a selection of cold beverages
  • Phone charging station
  • Welcome desk (9225-K)

 

Is WiFi available?

There is free WiFi available for all exhibitors during the show days.

 

Which security measures are in place?

General security staff in all entrances. Exhibitors displaying valuable equipment are urged to engage their own stand security staff. If the exhibition’s appointed security contractor is not hired for this purpose, stand security personnel must wear neutral clothing to avoid misunderstandings among the general public and other exhibitors.

 

What do I do in an emergency?

In the event of an emergency, alert emergency services directly; 110 for fire, 112 for police, and 113 for ambulance. Alert the ONS coordinating office at +47 51 59 81 59 and take over as on-scene commander. Appoint someone to meet the emergency services on arrival and initiate first aid or possible evacuation according to the internal notification plan.
