The USA Partnership Pavilion Opening Ceremony, Ribbon Cutting and Welcome Reception sponsorship is the perfect option for those seeking to share the spotlight with high-ranking foreign and domestic government officials. 

The Opening Ceremony will take place prominently within the USA Partnership Pavilion on the morning of September 8th.  The ceremony itself will consist of brief remarks by top U.S. government representatives and the Pavilion organizer (who will recognize the sponsors of the ceremony). It will be followed by the cutting of a ceremonial ribbon to open the USA Partnership Pavilion for business. The Opening Ceremony and Ribbon Cutting will be followed by a Welcome Reception held in the USA Partnership Pavilion Meeting Point, located in Hall F.

As an amenity for our exhibitors and their invited guests, the USA Partnership Pavilion Meeting Point is used as an exhibitors’ lounge and VIP area throughout the week.

Services provided include language translation, complimentary beverages and snacks, business support services (printing, copying, phone charging stations) and bookable conference room. Events such as the USA Partnership Pavilion Opening Ceremony and the USA Partnership Pavilion Networking Reception center around in the Meeting Point, bringing a captive audience into the space.

ASTRONAUT AL WORDEN ENDEAVOUR SCHOLARSHIP AWARD CEREMONY (TBD)

Inspired by the 50th anniversary of the Apollo program, the USA Partnership Pavilion’s “Endeavour” scholarship is a STEM-focused program awarded each year to twenty international students and five educators to attend America’s premier space education center, Space Camp, in Huntsville, Alabama.

Bolstered by the understanding that mankind’s greatest future achievements in space exploration will come as a result of global partnerships, these merit-based scholarships recognize four stellar Polish students, ages 15-18, whose
desire to further their studies in the fields of science, technology, engineering and
mathematics, and passion to one-day apply and contribute to that body of knowledge, stand out among the rest. The program also recognizes an educator whose commitment to STEM is evident in their subject matter expertise, enthusiasm, and the impact they have had on the students they teach.

The Endeavour Scholarship Program is seeking partners and donors whose hope for a brighter future through international understanding and collaboration, and whose enthusiasm for inspiring the next generation of
engineers aligns with our own. The students will be chosen as part of a
partnership with Targi Kielce, the show organizer as well as the Polish Space Agency.
