Fueling dreams: Inspiring future generations of STEM leaders through the Endeavour Scholarship
Special award ceremony set for Indo Pacific 2025, honoring five Australian high school students and one educator
Sydney, Australia and Waldwick, NJ, USA — November 2025 — As the global maritime and aerospace communities gather for Indo Pacific 2025, a spotlight will shine on the Astronaut Al Worden Endeavour Scholarship, a program that’s transforming the lives of young people around the world.
Created by Kallman Worldwide, organizers of the U.S. presence at major international trade shows, Endeavour provides students and educators from around the world with full scholarships to attend U.S. Space & Rocket Center’s Space Camp in Huntsville, Alabama. Recipients will be part of a week-long, immersive learning experience and astronaut training program that focuses on teamwork and leadership. In addition to this hands-on experience, the scholarship also provides students with a global network of peers passionate about aerospace. The program is intended to ignite curiosity and build confidence for future careers in STEM.
For the first time ever, Kallman Worldwide will match all contributions made toward the Endeavour Scholarship by companies exhibiting at Indo Pacific 2025 — doubling every dollar gifted from now through the Endeavour Ceremony on Wednesday, November 5.
“Every country we work in is facing the same challenge — preparing its young people for the future,” said Tom Kallman, President and CEO of Kallman Worldwide. “There is growing demand for STEM professionals, and most companies struggle to attract talent in this area. The Endeavour Scholarship builds this pipeline and connects industry leaders with the next generation of explorers, innovators, and problem-solvers.”
Experiences at an early age and mentorship by industry professionals, like that which the Endeavour Scholarship provides, are a catalyst for young people to pursue STEM careers.
With a gift of just $350, companies can help fund a scholarship for a young person. This special initiative underscores Kallman Worldwide’s belief that industry and education go hand in hand
— and that investing in youth today fuels the innovation that will shape tomorrow. Contribute today and your gift will be matched dollar for dollar.

During the ceremony, Kallman Worldwide will honor five Australian high school students and one teacher who have been selected for this prestigious international scholarship. These future STEM leaders will represent Australia at Space Camp in 2026, joining peers from around the world who share a passion for discovery and collaboration.
As Australian program alumna Farzana Mohammad Aref has said, the scholarship changed her life. “Space Camp helped me realize that I’m capable of achieving big things and that there are no limits to following my passion,” she said. “It reignited my love for STEM and gave me the confidence I needed as a young woman to pursue a career in aerospace. I hope others get the same chance I did.”
Her story reflects the broader impact of the Endeavour program — giving underserved and underrepresented youth a platform to explore their potential and pursue their dreams.
The program honors its namesake Al Worden, pilot of the Apollo 15 Command Module “Endeavour,” who was passionate about science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education and fostered a lifelong commitment to advancing innovation. To date, the Endeavour Scholarship has been awarded to 120 students and 30 educators from 11 countries.
