Build-Up and Dismantle

Personnel Entrance during Build-Up and Dismantle Period: 
Each Exhibitor must send the show organizers the list with the full name and ID number of their personnel as well as the contractor's personnel, in order to have the corresponding credentials to carry out the decoration, assembly and disassemble of the Module.  These credentials will be sent together with the invitations to the Event.
Deadline:  July 14, 2017

Build-Up Hours:
Friday, September 1st 8:30am – 6:00pm through September 17th 4:00pm

The end of the decoration works is Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 4:00pm.  After this time, a penalty shall apply to all the exhibitors, based on the following:
• Works carried out from 4:00pm to 12:00am will pay 10% on top of the value of the Space.
• Works carried out from 12:00am to 6:00am will pay 20% on top of the value of the Space.
Such penalty shall be paid within the twenty-four (24) hours upon finishing the works.

Dismantle Hours:
Friday, September 22nd 2:00pm – 11:00pm (Only light equipment)
Saturday, September 23rd 7:00am – 8:00pm
Sunday, September 24th 7:00am – 8:00pm

Safety Clothing

Only workers wearing personal protection equipment, such as hard had, boots, gloves, harnesses, etc., will be allowed to enter to the fair area for assembly activities. Each Exhibitor will be solely responsible of any harm his or her personnel, his or her contractors' personnel or third party may suffer at the fair area, the Modules or areas used by other exhibitors or visitors, of any third party and goods.


Badge Information

For each Module (3m x 2m stand), the Exhibitors are entitled to:

  • 2 Permanent Exhibitor Passes (valid during all trade days, including Build-Up and Dismantle)
  • 30 Invitations (valid for a single-access entry to the EXTEMIN fair area

It is a requirement to complete a registration form for each participant indicating the category of registration (Conventionist Extemin, Extemin Exhibitor or Extemin Additional) and send it to the Convention Registration Office.

Once the exhibitor send the form to Camilo Bahamonde at camilob@kallman.com, Kallman Worldwide will send to the exhibitors the Username & Pasword, in order to register the attendee list please Click Here

  • Help the U.S. Embassy contact you in an emergency, whether natural disaster, civil unrest, or family emergency.
  • Help family and friends get in touch with you in an emergency.

Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

Requirements for Entry:  A valid passport is required to enter and depart Peru. Migraciones (Immigration) authorities may also require evidence of return/onward travel. Be sure your date and place of entry is officially documented by Migraciones, whether you arrive at a port, airport or land border. Retain the record of your entry, as you will need it when you depart.

Your length of approved stay will be set by border officials at the time of entry, and can range from 30 to 183 days. Extensions are not usually available, and overstays result in fines.

Requirements for Exit:  If you do not have an entry record, you are not allowed to exit the country until immigration authorities confirm the time and place of your entry in to the country. Depending on the circumstances, this can be a difficult process, costing considerable time and money to resolve. Make sure Migraciones records your entry, and then save the record for your exit. This is particularly important when entering through remote border crossings, where often the proper officials are not present.

Immediately report lost/stolen passports to local police and keep the report. You must apply for a new passport at the Embassy and obtain a replacement entry record from Immigration prior to exiting Peru.
