For safety reasons and to respect the other exhibitors still working, we thank you to avoid dismantling your booth and to move out your heavy equipment before 7.00 pm. on October 31st ,2018.


Safety Clothing
Safety Boots are required at all times during build-up and dismantle. Vest, helmets, gloves, safety eyeglasses are only needed for work with special risk.

Kallman Worldwide does not provide safety clothing.



Parking Information

Car Parks at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Center is an automated paid parking on a 24/7 basis. However, the parking operation hours where the car park is attended by Car Park Operators is from 7:00am to 1:00am (next day).

Escalating hourly basis car parking fees is applicable as follows:

  • 1-2 Hours: QR 5 (approx. $1.40)
  • 3-5 hours: QR 5 each additional hour  (approx. $1.40)
  • 5+ hours: QR 10 each additional hour (approx. $2.75)
  • Maximum per day: QR 150 (approx. $40.00)
  • Lost Ticket: QR 150 (approx. $40.00)

Vehicles are not allowed to park overnight.  Qatari Riyals, British Pounds, Euro & U.S. Dollars are also accepted by the exit cashier.

As part of the USA and Canada Partnership Pavilion, we ask as a courtesy that a drawing or plan of the proposed booth installation be submitted for review. We want to ensure its overall cohesiveness with our design as well as identify any conflicting items that will disturb neighboring companies.

Visa Requirements

When traveling on a U.S. or Canadian passport, the Government of Qatar does not require prior visa arrangements and travelers my obtain a free visa waiver upon arrival.  The waiver is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and entitles the holder to spend up to 30 days in Qatar, or multiple entries during the 30-day validity.  Passports must have a minimum validity of six months.

Be sure to leave Qatar before your visa expires.  The Qatari Government charges as much as USD $55/ CAN $70 for each day that you overstay your visa, up to USD $3,300/ CAN $4,300. For more information Read More.
