Safety Clothing
High visibility clothing or vest, and steel toe footwear  are required at all times during build-up and dismantle.

Kallman Worldwide does not provide safety clothing.

 

 


Parking Information

Parking subscriptions can be taken out for a fee and can be reserved via your Exhibitor Area. During set-up and dismantling periods, you can buy car parking spaces at the Exhibitors Office, hall 5A. The Exhibitors’ car parks are open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm every day throughout the event.

How do I access Handicapped Parking?
The Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre is equipped to accommodate disabled visitors:

  • The exhibition centre has lifts and access ramps at the entrance to every hall to enable disabled people to get around the show.
  • Priority spots for disabled taxis are provided between halls 5A and 6.

 


Badge Information

The exhibitor badge grants access to the Exhibition Centre during the build-up, show days, and dismantling periods. Exhibitors must declare and personalize their badges in the Exhibitor Area. All badge vouchers must be printed from your Exhibitor Area and presented onsite.

The number of exhibitor badges provided is calculated automatically according to the surface area of the stand.

Where Can I Access Taxis?

Private Taxi- Reserve your taxi at a fixed price for all your trips between Paris, Villepinte Exhibition Center, airports and train stations. Call +33(0)1.41.27.66.66. The taxi stand is located in the center ring of the convention center, where the entrances of hall 5A, 7 & 8 meet.

 

Where Can I Get a Bus/ Train?

Where are the Car Parks?

The Parc des Expositions de Paris Nord Villepinte is located close to the A1, A3, A86 and A104 motorway junctions – Parking spaces are available. The exhibition center has several car parks for visitors and exhibitors: 15,000 paid parking spaces are available at the Paris Nord exhibition center. A free shuttle service will be available to make the connection between the car parks and the halls. During installation and dismantling, exhibitor’s car parks are free until midnight on Monday November 18th.

What badges can I use during Build-Up and Dismantle?

The assembly/dismantling badge grants access to the Exhibition Centre during the buildup and dismantling periods ONLY.
The assembly/dismantling badge will be available at the entrance to the Exhibition Centre from the beginning of set-up. These Badges are not valid during the show days, November 19-22, 2019.
Exhibitor badges can also be used during build up and dismantle.

 

Can we park at the site during build-up?

During installation and dismantling, exhibitor’s car parks are free.

 

Is there a safety dress code during build-up?

To enter the exhibition Halls during installation and dismantling, all personnel must wear personal safety equipment, in particular safety shoes. Otherwise, access to the exhibition will be refused.

How can I book a conference room with the USA & Canada Partnership Pavilion?

Visit the USA & Canada Pavilion Meeting Point once you arrive onsite. Reservations are on a first come-first served basis and are limited to 1 hour per day per main exhibiting company.  When booking conference rooms, exhibitors should provide:

  • Date (Day) and Time of Meeting
  • Length of Meeting (Note:  Times are limited to 1 hour per day per exhibiting company)
  • Number of attendees
  • On-site contact name and number

Is dining available onsite?

The closest dining facilities are located around the perimeter of hall 5A. There are 17 total restaurants in the Convention Centre, 2 are located in hall 5A.

Is WiFi available?

In addition to the internet services provided in the Meeting Point, you may also purchase the MILIPOL WiFi network. Alternatively, there is FREE Wifi available for visitors who need limited access (checking emails).

 

Which security measures are in place?

HALL MONITORING
General surveillance of the show is the responsibility of comexposium and is carried out in the very best conditions, yet this is an obligation of means and not of results. The show's security company is aware of an increase in thefts and will ensure increased surveillance in the common areas.
Car parks are not monitored, objects of value inside vehicles must not be left out to ensure they do not attract interest.

 

STAND SURVEILLANCE
Exhibitors are responsible for their own stands and must take all necessary precautions to ensure their equipment is protected and removed in the evening upon closing if no surveillance has been put in place.
Imported goods must be cleared by the Customs Service before being placed on the Exhibitor's stand.
Please note: Stand storage rooms are not secure premises.

 

THEFT PREVENTION
Due to an increase in theft noted during the assembly, opening and dismantling periods, some basic rules must be applied by the exhibitor:

  • Do not leave your personal belongings out (wallets, handbags, bags, etc.).
  • Do not leave mobile phones unattended.
  • In the evening, tidy away any valuable items (computers, laptops, tablets) in a lockable unit or take them home with you.
  • During the assembly and dismantling periods, one person must continuously be present at the stand. This person serves as your only guarantee against theft.
