Parking Information

Exhibitor Parking passes can be bought via the BECO web shop. Orders placed in the last two weeks prior to the event can be collected from the Exhibitor Service Office until the first day of the event.

Badge Information
Depending on stand size, every main exhibitor will receive a certain number of free exhibitor passes in form of digital codes. Your codes will be sent by e-mail in order to print out your passes directly on your PC. Free construction and dismantling passes need to be ordered in the BECO Webshop–Berlin ExpoCenter Online (BECO).

KW1 - USA Partnership Pavilion Visitors Guide

As an exhibitor in the USA Partnership Pavilion, your company is entitled to a free listing in USA Partnership Pavilion Visitors Guide.

We offer a variety of graphic options to enhance your booth including posters, full panels, and "seamless" graphics. Below you will find reference documents to assist you in preparing your graphic order. In order to provide you the best possible service, please pay close attention to formats, sizes, file types, and deadlines. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Kallman Worldwide Exhibitor Service Specialist. Clearing up any confusion pre-show will avoid costly errors onsite. After the deadline we cannot guarantee that the artwork will be installed for opening day of the show.

Please be sure to complete the following when ordering AV equipment:

  1. Complete the order form on the Smart AV ILA Berlin USA Partnership Catalogue and submit to Sophie Linnett (SophieL@smart-av.com).  Please copy myself (OshairaR@kallman.com) on your order to ensure a smooth installation while onsite.
  2. Purchase a stand for your monitor. Table top and floor stands can be purchased through Smart AV.  A reinforced wall (for wall mounted monitors only) can be purchased on our KW3 form. Please also include a layout of where you want the panel and monitor to be installed.
  3. Prepare your content in advance for presentations. Send the files directly to SophieL@smart-av.com so that they can ensure compatibility and expedite set up onsite.

Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP)

The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) is a free service to allow U.S. citizens and nationals traveling abroad to enroll their trip with the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Read More

By enrolling in STEP, you will:

  • Receive important information from the Embassy about safety conditions in your destination country, helping you make informed decisions about your travel plans.
  • Help the U.S. Embassy contact you in an emergency, whether natural disaster, civil unrest, or family emergency.
  • Help family and friends get in touch with you in an emergency.

Visa Requirements

  • Germany is a party to the Schengen Agreement. U.S. citizens may enter Germany for up to 90 days for tourist or business purposes without a visa.  
  • Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond the period of stay.  This regulation is strictly enforced in Germany. 
  • You may be denied entry into Germany or have your travel disrupted if your passport does not have sufficient validity. 
  • The 90 day period begins upon entry into any Schengen country.  For further details about travel into and within Schengen countries, please see our Schengen fact sheet. You may also contact the German Embassy in Washington, or German consulates in AtlantaBostonChicagoHoustonLos AngelesMiamiNew York, or San Francisco to obtain the most current visa information.
  • If you are transiting Germany en route to other countries, know all entry and exit requirements for your final destination.  Incorrect documentation might cause you to be denied boarding for your connecting flight.  Travelers have also been delayed or refused entry to the Schengen zone for missing an onward non-tourism visa for their stay in another country - even if the appropriate visa is available upon arrival in the traveler’s final Schengen country.  If you are denied boarding for either of these reasons, you will need sufficient funds and a return airline ticket or an itinerary that does not require entry into the Schengen zone.
