Safety Clothing
Helmet and steel toe footwear are required at all times during build-up and dismantle.

Kallman Worldwide does not provide safety clothing.


Parking Information
There will be an exclusive parking area for all exhibitors free of charge, but are limited to quantity based on stand size:

  • Indoor Exhibitors Are allocated two parking spaces for every nine square meter stand.
  • Outdoor Exhibitors Are allocated two parking spaces allocated for every block in the outdoor area.

During the Build-up and Dismantle, there will be two designated areas for dropping off materials. Exhibitors will have access to drop off areas for a maximum of 15 minutes, after that, they will be requested to move the car to the exhibitors parking area. 

Do not leave your belongings in your vehicle. Kallman Worldwide will not be responsible for theft or damage to vehicle or content. 


Badge Information
Each exhibiting company is entitled to 3 badges. Exhibitors can register on the following link. Badges can be picked up at the entrance beginning on May 6th.

IFT1 -  Official Catalogue

As an exhibitor of IFT - Agro, your company is entitled to a free listing in The Official IFT - Agro 2019 Visitors Guide.

Submission of this form will signify how your company name will appear on both your fascia and counter that are included in your turnkey package. Failure to complete this form, and we will revert to the company name listed on your contract.

We offer a variety of graphics options to enhance your booth including posters, full panels, and "seamless" graphics. Below you will find reference documents to assist you in preparing your graphics order. In order to provide you with the best possible service, please pay close attention to formats, sizes, file types, and deadlines. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Kallman Worldwide Exhibitor Service Specialist. Clearing up any confusion pre-show will avoid costly errors on site. After the deadline, we cannot guarantee that the artwork will be installed for the opening day of the show.

Please be sure to complete the following when ordering AV equipment:

  1. Check the Catalog and submit your requirement through our IFT 3 -  Electrical, AV &Lighting Order Form
  2. Purchase a stand for your monitor. Table top and floor stands can be purchased through Magix.  
  3. Prepare your content in advance for presentations. Send the files directly to mquintana@magix-group.com so that they can ensure compatibility and expedite set up onsite.

*Please be aware that Kallman Worldwide is not responsible for any missing freight or packages. We strongly advise against using couriers such as FedEx or UPS that deliver straight to the venue as these small packages very often get lost at the venue.

Show Opening Ceremony & Ribbon Cutting

Currently scheduled for 11am on the 7th of May 2019, at the presentation area.  

Kallman Worldwide would like to recommend you to book your room in Talca in advance. As an IFT Agro 2019 Exhibitor, you will be able to access our special rate at Eco Hotel Talca, comfortably located at 2km from the show venue. To ensure your room, fill up the IFT Agro Hotel Reservation form before Friday 5th of April.


Eco Hotel Talca

The Eco hotel is located in the heart of Talca and just 5 minutes driving from the IFT Agro.

An outdoor swimming pool and gym facilities are available in Talca. Eco Hotel has air-conditioned rooms only a 5-minute drive from the bus station. A daily buffet breakfast is included.

Eco Hotel rooms feature tasteful décor, TVs, minibars and private bathrooms with free toiletries and showers. Laundry services are available.

There are computers with Internet access for guest use and Free parking is available depending on availability.

Talca Airport is 73.1 km away.
