High visibility clothing or vest, helmet and steel toe footwear are required Thursday September 13th till Saturday September 15th. They are NOT required Sunday September 16th.

Kallman Worldwide does not provide safety clothing.

 


Parking Information
Fira Barcelona has 6 parking lots. During Gastech you should use Parking lot A which has 622 spaces. The lot will be open from 7:30am till 8:00pm. It is a pay as you go system or you can pre-pay your parking via Servifira. The car charges are either 3 euros per an hour or a maximum rate of 30 euros per a day.

You have an unlimited amount of Exhibitor Badges. To register your badges do so through the registration site.

 

Where Can I Access Taxis?

The Fira Barcelona venues have taxi ranks laid out to facilitate the arrivals and departures of visitors.

All the taxis have a green light to indicate their availability, a visible taximeter displaying the amount to be paid and credit card payment systems.

Where are the Car Parks?

Fira Barcelona has a total of 6 car parks. During Gastech 2018 we will be using car park A which has 622 spaces.  Car park A has easy access to South side access to Fira Barcelona. The car park will be open from 7:30am till 20:00pm. Click here for the Map.

Will there be food available onsite during Build-Up and Dismantle?

There will be limited food available onsite during build-up and dismantle. However, there are food outlets with in a 5-minute walk of the venue as well.

When and where can I pick up my Official Catalogue?

The Show Guide will be available during the show days. The location is TBD by the organizers and venue.

 

Where can I find the Organizer’s Office?

The Organizers office will be located in the Europa Suites which can be accessed from the show floor at the front of the hall near B7C stands.

Is dining available onsite?

There are restaurants located both inside the halls and within the public areas of the venue that will be open offering a wide range of food and drink.

 

What services are offered in the USA Partnership Pavilion?

The Meeting Point, located in stand F100.5, will be open during show hours and is reserved exclusively for exhibitors and their guests. It is not open to the public and all exhibitors are required to wear a U.S. Pavilion lanyard or U.S. Pavilion access sticker to enter the Meeting Point. 

Here, we will offer:

  • Complimentary refreshments
  • Coffee, hot tea, and a selection of cold beverages
  • Phone charging station
  • Welcome desk stand F100.5

 

Is WiFi available?

Within Fira Barcelona there is basic free Wi-Fi located in the public spaces and within the hall for general browsing. The connection is not very strong so it is recommended if your booth requires internet to order through the online exhibitor manual with ServiFira. 

 

Which security measures are in place?

Gastech security will operate within the Exhibition Halls and conference areas throughout the tenancy. While every reasonable precaution is taken during the event to ensure the premises are adequately patrolled, the organizers expressly disclaim responsibility for any loss or damage to property of any exhibitor from any cause. In the event of loss or damage, exhibitors should report immediately to the Organizer Office with details of the loss or damage sustained timings and description of articles etc.

 

What do I do in an emergency?

There is a First Aid Room located in Hall 3 near stand M100

You may also contact the Gastech Organizer’s Office on site, located at East Entrance in exhibition hall 3. The Organizer Office opening times will be, 08:00 – 18:00 every day during build-up, show open days and break-down.
