Safety Clothing
High visibility clothing or vest and steel toe footwear are required at all times during build-up and dismantle.

Kallman Worldwide does not provide safety clothing.

 


Parking Information
 

Exhibitors visiting the Site in the period of 8 July to Sunday 19th July 2018 should enter Site via Gate A provided

that all vehicle occupants are in possession of a valid pass. Exhibitors arriving without a pass should report to the

pass office adjacent to Gate A to register and collect the appropriate pass. Vehicles entering the Site through Gate A

will be directed by traffic marshals to park in car park 1.

  Contractor Parking: 

      Contractor vehicles must enter the site through Gate A. If a vehicle needs access to a certain point in the Site for a delivery they will be issued a delivery pass at the gate and allocated a time slot to complete the delivery or collection.

Submission of this form will signify how your company name will appear on both your fascia and counter that are included in your turnkey package. Failure to complete this form, and we will revert to the company name listed on your contract.

As part of the USA Partnership Pavilion, we ask as a courtesy that a drawing or plan of the proposed booth installation be submitted for review. We want to ensure its overall cohesiveness with our design as well as identify any conflicting items that will disturb neighboring companies.

Below you will find reference documents to assist you in preparing your graphic order. In order to provide you the best possible service, please pay close attention to formats, sizes, file types, and deadlines. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Kallman Worldwide Operations Specialist . Clearing up any confusion pre-show will avoid costly errors onsite. After the deadline we cannot guarantee that the artwork will be installed for opening day of the show.

Please be sure to complete the following when ordering AV equipment:

  1. Complete the order form on the Smart AV Farnborough USA Partnership Catalogue and submit to Sophie Linnett (SophieL@smart-av.com).  Please copy myself (KeiraS@kallman.com) and Sharon Slender (SharonS@kallman.com) on your order to ensure a smooth installation while onsite.
  2. Purchase a stand for your monitor. Table top and floor stands can be purchased through Smart AV.  Please also include a layout of where you want the panel and monitor to be installed.
  3. Prepare your content in advance for presentations. Send the files directly to SophieL@smart-av.com so that they can ensure compatibility and expedite set up onsite.

The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) is a free service to allow U.S. citizens and nationals traveling abroad to enroll their trip with the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Read More

By enrolling in STEP, you will:

  • Receive important information from the Embassy about safety conditions in your destination country, helping you make informed decisions about your travel plans.
  • Help the U.S. Embassy contact you in an emergency, whether natural disaster, civil unrest, or family emergency.

Visa Requirements

U.S. citizens are subject to all UK immigration laws. U.S. citizens should familiarize themselves with such laws before traveling to, or residing in, the UK.

  • Passport Validity: A passport valid for at least six months beyond date of entry is required to enter the UK.
  • Personal travel of 30 days or less: A U.S. citizen with a regular passport may obtain a no fee visitor visa upon arrival.
  • Stays longer than 30 days: All travelers must obtain a visa before arrival in the UK. Visitors on a 30 day visa may request a visa extension, which is at the discretion of immigration officials. Anyone planning to work or study in the UK must obtain the appropriate visa.
