Below you will find reference documents to assist you in preparing your graphic order. In order to provide you the best possible service, please pay close attention to formats, sizes, file types, and deadlines. How many badges will I receive and how to do I obtain them?
The allocation for each exhibitor is coming.
The online accreditation link will be sent out mid-February to complete your exhibitor badges.  (Additional badges can be purchased for 700.00 MXN / 35.00 UDS.)
 
Badges can be picked up at the Registration Module at the entrance of the show site beginning April 19, 2017.

How to I obtain VIP exhibitor badges?
The online accreditation manual will be sent out early March to order VIP exhibitor passes.

Is there a dress code for show days?
All exhibitors are expected to dress formally in a suit/national dress/service uniform or any other appropriate wear.  The organizers reserve the right to determine whether the attire of an exhibitor is acceptable and in keeping with the best interests of the exhibition.

When and where can I pick up my Official Catalogue?
Staff members will be handing them out at the entrances of the show.

Where can I find the Organizer’s Office?
Organizer’s office is located in Hall C, by Aircraft Exhibition Area.

How can I book a conference room with the USA Pavilion?
You may visit the USA Pavilion Meeting Point, Hall D, Stand #D120 to book a conference room. Reservations are first come, first serve and are limited to 1 ½ hour per exhibiting company per day. Please schedule confirmed meetings only.

Is dining available onsite?
There are Restaurants serving different types of fast and Mexican food will be at the exhibition site.

What Services are offered in the USA Partnership Pavilion?
Complimentary coffee (regular and decaf), hot tea, and a selection of cold beverages will be served in the USA Meeting Point & Exhibitors’ Lounge. Services include a computer station that includes a laptop and printer/copier.

Free Wifi within the USA Meeting Point & Exhibitors’ Lounge.

A conference room will be available that can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. Reservations are first come, first serve and are limited to 1 ½ hour per exhibiting company per day. Conference room scheduling will take place during the event.

Is WiFi available?
The FAMEX organizer offers free WiFi throughout the halls.

What security measures will be in place?
Overall surveillance of the exhibition site is provided by the organizer.  Equipment displayed on the booth is the responsibility of the exhibitor, day and night. You should take all appropriate measures to be protected against damage and theft.

What do I do in an emergency?
Mexico has implemented an all-in-one emergency number for the police, fire and ambulance - 911. 

Is there a lost and found?
A lost and found desk will be located in the entrance of the fairgrounds.
