Build-Up and Dismantle

Safety Clothing

High visibility clothing or vest, helmet and covered footwear are not required for the build up and dismantle period. However, we do recommend taking precaution while onsite during build-up and dismantle with proper attire.

 


Parking Information

Parking areas will be open from 7:00am – 7:00pm from July 8th – July 16th, which includes build-up, show days and dismantling.   Parking passes can be purchased at the Customer Service Center (PLUS) in Hall # 9, during the opening hours of the show.

US1 - USA Partnership Pavilion Visitors Guide
As an exhibitor in the USA Partnership Pavilion, your company is entitled to a free listing in the USA Partnership Pavilion Visitors Guide.

Submission of this form will signify how your company name will appear on both your fascia and counter that are included in your turnkey package. Failure to complete this form, and we will revert to the company name listed on your contract.

As part of the USA Partnership Pavilion, we ask as a courtesy that a drawing or plan of the proposed booth installation be submitted for review. We want to ensure its overall cohesiveness with our design as well as identify any conflicting items that will disturb neighboring companies.

Below you will find reference documents to assist you in preparing your graphic order. In order to provide you the best possible service, please pay close attention to formats, sizes, file types, and deadlines. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Kallman Worldwide Exhibitor Service Specialist. Clearing up any confusion pre-show will avoid costly errors on-site.  After the deadline, we cannot guarantee that the artwork will be installed for opening day of the show.

The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) is a free service to allow U.S. citizens and nationals traveling abroad to enroll their trip with the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Read More

  • Receive important information from the Embassy about safety conditions in your destination country, helping you make informed decisions about your travel plans.
  • Help the U.S. Embassy contact you in an emergency, whether natural disaster, civil unrest, or family emergency.

Visa Information and Requirements

All U.S. citizens who do not also hold Colombian citizenship must present a valid U.S. passport to enter and leave Colombia. U.S. citizens do not need a Colombian visa for a tourist or business stay of 90 days or less. Before the visa expires, you may request an extension of up to 90 days from the Colombian immigration authority (Migración Colombia). You will face a fine if you remain in Colombia longer than allowed, and you will not be able to leave Colombia until the fine is paid. Any traveler possessing a Colombian visa with more than three months’ validity must register the visa at a Migración Colombia office or online within 15 days of arrival in Colombia or face fines. You may be denied entry to Colombia if you do not have a return ticket. Visit the Embassy of Colombia website for the most current visa information.
