Show Hours

The venue will be open from 10 am to 6 pm. Exhibitors should be in their booth at least 15 minutes before the opening time and until the closing time every day. The exhibitor must have the booth open with the corresponding personnel in place during the established hours, from Monday to Thursday authorized EXPONOR personnel and security and cleaning staff will be allowed access to the exhibition area outside of the established hours.

*No vehicles will be given access to the site, and only minor works (installation of graphics, furniture, pamphlets, retouching) which do not generate waste may be carried out by exhibitors, their contractors, or subcontractors.

Safety Clothing
High visibility clothing or vest, helmet and steel toe footwear are required at all times during build-up and dismantle.

Kallman Worldwide does not provide safety clothing.


Parking Information
As shown on the Site Map, there are two car parks available.  Parking passes will not be issued for this show.

Badge Information

Information on how to register for badges is coming soon!

  • Exhibitor Badges:  For access during the show, EXPONOR will provide 10 (ten) personal and nontransferable badges for each stand.
  • Construction Badges:  For Space Only Exhibitors, EXPONOR will provide 5 (five) personal and nontransferable badges, which will be valid only during the periods and hours established for build-up and dismantle.

US1 - USA Partnership Pavilion Visitors Guide

As an exhibitor in the USA Partnership Pavilion, your company is entitled to a free listing in the USA Partnership Pavilion Visitors Guide.

US2 - Turnkey Stand Identification

Submission of this form will signify how your company name will appear on both your fascia and counter that are included in your turnkey package. Failure to complete this form, and we will revert to the company name listed on your contract.

As part of the USA Partnership Pavilion, we ask as a courtesy that a drawing or plan of the proposed booth installation be submitted for review. We want to ensure its overall cohesiveness with our design as well as identify any conflicting items that will disturb neighboring companies.
