Show Hours

The venue will be open from 10 am to 6 pm. Exhibitors should be in their booth at least 15 minutes before the opening time and until the closing time every day. The exhibitor must have the booth open with the corresponding personnel in place during the established hours, from Monday to Friday.  Only authorized EXPONOR personnel and security and cleaning staff will be allowed access to the exhibition area outside of the established hours.

Build-Up Hours
Exhibitors will gain access to their stands for construction, furnishing and decoration, from Monday, May 8, 2017 to Sunday, May 14, 2017. Exhibitors should carry out and conclude all work during this period.

(*)  On Sunday, May 14, no vehicles will be given access to the site, and only minor works (installation of graphics, furniture, pamphlets, retouching) which do not generate waste may be carried out by exhibitors, their contractors, or subcontractors.

Rules for vehicle use and site entry:

  1. It is strictly prohibited to park vehicles in the loading and unloading areas.
  2. Heavy vehicles (trucks of over 1 ton) must park, unload material and then leave the site.
  3. Vehicles may not be parked inside pavilions or in adjacent areas.
  4. No vehicles may remain inside the show venue after 7 PM.
  5. Entry of light and heavy vehicles is permitted until 7 PM on Saturday May 13th.

Dismantle Hours
Removal of goods and disassembly of stands (indoor and outdoor) must be carried out from Saturday, May 20, 2017 to Wednesday, May 24, 2017.

(*) On Friday, May 19, goods may only be removed by hand and no vehicles may enter the show venue.


Safety Clothing
Exhibitors and all contractors and subcontractors must comply with current occupational health and safety regulations. The use of protective clothing and personal protective equipment, such as helmets, safety footwear, safety goggles, and equipment required for working at heights is mandatory during stand assembly and disassembly, in accordance with current legal dispositions under Law 16.744, on Prevention of Occupational Risks.


Parking Information
As shown on the Site Map, there are two car parks available.  Parking passes will not be issued for this show.


Badge Information
Information on how to register for badges is coming soon!

  • Exhibitor Badges:  For access during the show, EXPONOR will provide 10 (ten) personal and nontransferable badges for each stand.
  • Construction Badges:  For Space Only Exhibitors, EXPONOR will provide 5 (five) personal and nontransferable badges, which will be valid only during the periods and hours established for build-up and dismantle.

Additional accessories and graphics are a great way to stand out from the crowd.

Visa Requirements

U.S. citizens entering Chile must have a passport in good condition, valid for the period of your stay. U.S. citizens traveling to Chile for recreation, tourism, business, or academic conferences do not need to obtain a visa prior to their arrival in Chile if traveling with a tourist passport. All official and diplomatic passport holders are required to obtain a visa prior to travel regardless of the purpose of their visit.  For those traveling with a tourist passport, a Tourist Card or printed receipt will be issued to each visitor at immigration for a stay of up to 90 days. An extension of stay for another 90 days is possible upon payment of a USD 100 extension fee at the Chilean Immigration Office located at San Antonio 580, Santiago; telephone (56) 2 2550-2469.
