Dismantle.

Booth dismantling and exhibited products can be removed:

December 8th and 9th from 09:00 to 20:00

December 10th from 9:00 to 14:00 hours.

 

During the last day of the show on December 7th, elements and products may ONLY be removed by hand from 16:30 to 20:00 hrs.

For the removal of merchandise, equipment, exhibited products and materials, the Internal Guide which was used to admit these elements must be presented.

The Internal Guide must be endorsed with a copy or photocopy of the corresponding Dispatch Guide.

As for equipment or merchandise under temporary admission, a copy or photocopy of the admission should be included as well as the letter from the customs agency authorizing the change of address.  

IMPORTANT: The Organization site forces to reiterate everything within the deadlines.

Any items that remain at show venue after the deadlines means the exhibitor will lose ownership of the property and the Organization shall remove them and dispose of them as it deems fit, billing the exhibitor for the costs incurred. 

Safety Clothing
Helmet and steel toe footwear are required at all times during build-up and dismantle.

Kallman Worldwide does not provide safety clothing.

 


Parking Information

Each exhibit is entitled 2 parking passes.

Parking passes have to be picked up by each exhibitor at the Exhibitor Center at show venue from November 30th.


Badge Information
Badges must be picked up at the Registration Area at show venue from November 30th. Badges must be picked up at the Registration Area at show venue from November 30th.

US1 - USA Partnership Pavilion Visitors Guide

As an exhibitor in the USA Partnership Pavilion, your company is entitled to a free listing in the USA Partnership Pavilion Visitors Guide.

Deadline: November 6, 2018

US2 - Turnkey Stand Identification

Submission of this form will signify how your company name will appear on both your fascia and counter that are included in your turnkey package. Failure to complete this form, and we will revert to the company name listed on your contract.

US3-E - Electrical, Lighting

  • Additional electrical outlets to give your presence more power.
  • Additional lighting to brighten and make your products shine.

As part of the USA Partnership Pavilion, we ask as a courtesy that a drawing or plan of the proposed booth installation be submitted for review. We want to ensure its overall cohesiveness with our design as well as identify any conflicting items that will disturb neighboring companies.
