Safety Clothing
High visibility clothing or vest, helmet and covered footwear are not required for the build up and dismantle period. However, we do recommend taking precaution while onsite during build-up and dismantle with proper attire.


Parking Information
Car parking bays are available within the Malaysia International Trade & Exhibition Centre but is limited.  Parking will also be available within a 5km radius of the Malaysia International Trade & Exhibition Centre.


Badge Information
Exhibitor badges must be ordered in advance of the show using Order Form 8.  Basic contact information including company name, individual names, and contact information is required.  Exhibitors' badges will be available at the DSA2018 Exhibitor Services Counter at the Exhibition Hall during the build-up days.

If you lose your badges, bring your personal identification to the DSA2018 Exhibitor Services Counter at the Exhibition Hall.

Taxi and UBER are available at the main entrance of the facility.

How do I get there to the Show using Public Transportation?

  1. Nearest rail station: MRT Semantan and LRT/Monorail Titiwangsa
  2. Bus routes

Where can I find the Organizer’s Office?

The organizer’s office is located on the mezzanine level next to the North Entrance (VIP entrance).

How can I book a conference room with the USA Partnership Pavilion?

You may visit a Kallman Worldwide representative at the welcome desk located in Booth# 10502 Meeting Point to reserve your time. Reservations are first come, first serve and are limited to 1 hour per main exhibiting company per day. Please schedule confirmed meetings only.

Is dining available onsite?

Restaurants, cafeterias, and snack counters will be set up throughout the exhibition halls for all Exhibitors and Visitors.

What services are offered in the USA Partnership Pavilion?

The Meeting Point, located in Stand 10502, will be open during show hours and is reserved exclusively for exhibitors and their guests. It is not open to the public and all exhibitors are required to wear a U.S. Pavilion lanyard or U.S. Pavilion access sticker to enter the Meeting Point.

Here, we will offer:

  • Complimentary refreshments
  • Coffee, hot tea, and a selection of cold beverages
  • Phone charging station
  • Welcome desk
  • WiFi

Which security measures are in place?

Exhibitors and their staff will not be allowed in the exhibition hall after the show hours.  If your displays are valuable or sensitive and you wish to hire security personnel to attend your stand exclusively during show hours, please contact the building for security services or complete Form 20 on your online exhibitor area.

All personnel in the exhibition halls must wear identification badges at all times.  Exhibitor Passes and Temporary Work Passes are available from the Organizer’s office onsite.

For security and safety reasons, exhibit movement in or out of the hall during show hours is not permitted.

Security guards will patrol the exhibition site in general, but their duties will not include specific attention to individual stands.
