Safety Clothing

High visibility clothing or vest, helmet and covered footwear are not required for the build up and dismantle period. However, we do recommend taking precaution while onsite during build-up and dismantle with proper attire.

Kallman Worldwide does not provide safety clothing.


Parking Information

Exhibiting company will recieve 1 free car pass parking per 12sqm. The car parking permit must be prominently pasted and displayed on the cars. For security reasons, car permits are non-transferable. Additional car passes can be booked online. 


Badge Information

Free Passes for Exhibitor

  • Free Exhibitors passes : 1 per 2 Sqm
  • Complimentary Business invitee : 1 per 1 Sqm, single entry
  • Free Car/coach passes : 1 car/coach pass/12 Sqm
  • No of Inaugural invitees : 2 per exhibitor
  • No of RM dinner invitees : 1 per exhibitor

US1 - USA Partnership Pavilion Visitors Guide

As an exhibitor in the USA Partnership Pavilion, your company is entitled to a free listing in the USA Partnership Pavilion Visitors Guide and a digital profile in the Visitor Zone.

US2 - Turnkey Stand Identification

Submission of this form will signify how your company name will appear on both your fascia and counter that are included in your turnkey package. Failure to complete this form, and we will revert to the company name listed on your contract.

  • Additional electrical outlets to give your presence more power.
  • Additional lighting to brighten and make your products shine.

As part of the USA Partnership Pavilion, we ask as a courtesy that a drawing or plan of the proposed booth installation be submitted for review. We want to ensure its overall cohesiveness with our design as well as identify any conflicting items that will disturb neighboring companies.

Below you will find reference documents to assist you in preparing your graphic order. In order to provide you the best possible service, please pay close attention to formats, sizes, file types, and deadlines. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Kallman Worldwide Exhibitor Service Specialist. Clearing up any confusion pre-show will avoid costly errors onsite. After the deadline we cannot guarantee that the artwork will be installed for opening day of the show.
