** The Safety officers will be inspecting stands, however, final touches are permitted until 12:00 noon.  No construction other than applying graphics and adjusting furniture is allowed.  Hall cleaning will be taking place during the day.


Safety Clothing
Workers who work at the height of 2 meters or above must wear a helmet, belt, and other necessary safety devices. No other safety clothing is required for exhibitors during buildup, however, it is strongly advised that you take all necessary precautions while onsite.


Parking Information - Parking Map

Special parking areas have been set aside by the Organizer to make sure that exhibitors can park their vehicles as close as possible to the fairground. Vehicles without the right parking labels will be refused entry into these areas. Vehicles with Parking Label A are allowed to park inside the exhibition site (A1/A3 Car Park), while those with Parking Label B are allowed to park outside the exhibition site. Because of the limited parking area inside the exhibition site, exhibitors in need of Parking Label A should place their orders on “Order Form 03” (found on page 19 of the Exhibitor Manual) ahead of time.

Applicants can collect their parking labels at the on-site Registration Center with “Order Form 03” or the letter of authorization from the exhibiting companies during Move-in Period.

Parking labels application and collection deadline is 17:00, Nov. 4, 2018. Applications are not accepted after the deadline.

Car labels are charged and priced differently according to different parking locations. 
A1 Car (below 12 seats), valid for show days - RMB 2500
A3 Car (below 12 seats), for non-official catering service provider, valid for show days - RMB 3500
P1 Vehicles below 25 seats, valid for show days - RMB 800
P2 Vehicles below 25 seats, valid for show days - RMB 800
C1 Vehicles below 25 seats, valid for trade days only - RMB 400

Badge Information - Badge Registration Location
Badges should be pre-ordered before the deadline of September 30, 2018, and can be completed electronically through the Exhibitor Badge Application. Please note: There will be a charge of RMB 1000 per badge for additional badges.   The allocation is 1 exhibitor badge for every 2 sqm of assigned indoor space. Please review Order Form02 for the exhibitor badge process and entitled number of exhibitor badges.

VIP Badges: 
Exhibitors will be granted a limited number of VIP badges and Invitations to the Opening Ceremony of the show. The qualifications for VIPs and the number of VIP badges shall be reviewed and decided by the Organizer. To apply for VIP badges, please refer to the VIP Badge Application.

Exhibitor badge gives access to the exhibition. Only exhibitors manning the stand require an exhibitor badge. Include your temporary staff/hostess to this list for them to have access to the exhibition hall.

US1 - USA Partnership Pavilion Visitors Guide

As an exhibitor in the USA Partnership Pavilion, your company is entitled to a free listing in USA PArtnership Pavilion Visitors Guide.

TRANSPORTATION & VENUE ACCESS

Where can I get a bus, taxi, or train?
Below are the access options to the Show Venue from downtown Zhuhai. The exhibition takes place at Zhuhai Airport, about a 30-40 minute drive from the city center. It is accessible by taxi, public transport or shuttle bus. Exhibitors can also arrange their own transport.

By Plane: From practically all major Chinese cities to Zhuhai Airport. Airport shuttle bus or taxi is available upon arrival.
By Road: 15 to 40 minute walk from Macao, depending on the queue.
By Bus: 1.5 to 2 hours by bus from Guangzhou or Shenzhen passing the adjoining city of Zhongshan.
By Ferry: 1 hour and 15 minutes from Hong Kong to Zhuhai. For the time table of the Ferry (Hong Kong to Zhuhai & Zhuhai to Hong Kong), please refer to http://www.cksp.com.hk/eng/home.html, or dial the Hotline: (Hong Kong) +852 28583876, (Zhuhai) +86 756 3333359.

Additionally, shuttle buses will pick up spectators at external parking lots and deliver them to the exhibition site. Free shuttles will also pick up visitors with tickets in downtown areas. However, shuttles are not available from the airport to the venue as they both are at the same location.

The USA Partnership Pavilion Opening Ceremony takes place Tuesday, November 6th, 2018.  Time Approximate: 11:15am | Location: Hall 5, Stand H5F3-3

The reception and ceremony will begin with refreshments and networking followed by the playing of the U.S. and China national anthems to begin the ceremony and brief remarks by Kallman Worldwide and U.S. Government Representatives. The event will culminate with the ceremonial ribbon cutting to officially “open” the USA Partnership Pavilion for business at Airshow China.   

Is there a dress code for show days?
All exhibitors are expected to dress formally in a suit/national dress/service uniform or any other appropriate wear.  The organizers reserve the right to determine whether the attire of an exhibitor is acceptable and in keeping with the best interests of the exhibition.

Each exhibitor is required to pick up their copy of official catalogue.  Click here for location.

What services are offered in the USA Partnership Pavilion?
The Meeting Point, Hall 5, Stand #H5F3-3, will be open during show hours and is reserved exclusively for exhibitors and their guests. It is not open to the public and all exhibitors are required to wear a USA Pavilion lanyard or USA Pavilion access sticker to enter the Meeting Point.
Here, we will offer:

•    Phone charging station
•    Welcome desk

How can I book a conference room with the USA Pavilion?
A Conference Room, Hall 5, Stand #H5F3-2, will be available and can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. Reservations are first come, first served and are limited to 1 ½ hour per exhibiting company per day. Conference room scheduling will take place during the event in the USA Partnership Pavilion Meeting Point.

What functions will the business center have?
Computers with Wi-Fi, printing, copying, etc. (subject to charge)
    
Is Wi-Fi available on show site?
Kallman Worldwide will be providing basic internet for our exhibitors within the Meeting Point.   This internet will support minimal activity such as checking emails & sending messages and will be shared with hundreds of users, which can sometimes slow down its capabilities. If you require a faster speed for downloading files, images or streaming videos for a presentation, we suggest that you place your order through the organizers using "Order Form09" in the Exhibitor Manual
 
Wi-Fi is available for public use from the organizers, use the same guidelines as stated above.

General security service will be provided within and deployed at the main entry point of the exhibition venue, but it is important for all the exhibitors to take good care of their own exhibits and belongings. The Organizer undertakes no responsibility for them. 

What do I do in an emergency?
Dial 120 for medical emergencies and 110 for general emergencies. Fire brigade, securities, and ambulance will be on standby onsite.


PUBLIC WEEKEND: WHAT TO EXPECT

Do we have to man our stand during the public weekend/ will the halls be open?
During the open hours of the Exhibition, each Exhibitor will be responsible for the security of their exhibits and property. The organizers will provide overall hall security between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.  Exhibitors must maintain their exhibits on their stands. 

Who attends the public days?
The public days are open to the general public, such as students, common citizens, professionals, media etc.  in 2016, the show attracted 230,000 public visitors in the three-day period.
