Celebrating 30 Years at Dubai Airshow with a Strong American Presence and the Launch of a Global Youth Initiative

USA Partnership Pavilion celebrates 30 years at the Dubai Airshow with 68 exhibitors, 25 states represented, and the debut of Discover Flight — a new youth aviation program

Waldwick, NJ, USA and Dubai, UAE — November 4, 2025 — In just a few weeks, the aerospace and defense sectors will come together for one of the largest industry trade shows in the world. With over 1,500 exhibiting companies, the Dubai Airshow is a premier event for aerospace innovation, shaping the future of the flight industry.

The USA Partnership Pavilion – a hub for American business at the show that features world-class technology, products, and services – will feature 68 American exhibitors from 25 different states. The Pavilion, organized by Kallman Worldwide, celebrates a milestone anniversary at this show’s edition. With 30 years at the Dubai Airshow, the USA Partnership Pavilion is the centerpiece of America’s national presence at the Dubai Airshow, showcasing the best of American innovation and promoting U.S. aerospace leadership, trade, and investment.

The Pavilion spans more than 2,500 square meters, includes 18 first-time participants, and nine companies new to the market. Exhibitors range from global leaders to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), all united by a shared commitment to advancing regional security and fostering long-term partnerships across government and industry. This year’s Pavilion will also include a dedicated State International Development Organizations (SIDO) section.

“With three decades of devotion to the Dubai Airshow, this year’s event holds special significance,” said Tom Kallman, President and CEO of Kallman Worldwide. “At the 1995 Dubai Airshow, Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum presented me with the Outstanding National Pavilion Award. I am proud that through 30 years of economic fluctuations, wars, natural catastrophes, and shifting political landscapes, the USA Partnership Pavilion remains the largest and most distinguished international destination at the show. That success reflects not only Kallman Worldwide’s hard work, but also the confidence and partnership we share with the Emirati leadership and the U.S. companies that comprise our Pavilion.”

Also within the Pavilion are 11 custom-built exhibits created by Kallman Creative Services, covering total 630 square meters of space for clients including Boeing, De Havilland, Derco, Gulfstream and IPT. These custom-built booths showcase the most cutting-edge developments in the industry.

Debuting for the first time worldwide, Discover Flight will award an outstanding group of young Emirati women scholarships for their first flight experience, inspiring their passion for STEM and nurturing these future leaders through mentorship and hands-on experience. This event is hosted in coordination with Informa and Women in Aviation International, and sponsored by Top Aces, Lockheed Martin, AmCham Dubai.

Launching Discover Flight: Inspiring the Next Generation of Aviators

This milestone year also marks the debut of Discover Flight, a new youth initiative powered by Kallman Worldwide and its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) extension, Kallman Foundation. Discover Flight addresses the underrepresentation of women in aviation, offering real-world experiences, mentorship, and global recognition to inspire young people to pursue careers in aerospace and STEM.

In partnership with International Community Schools (ICS), Emirates National Schools (ENS), Women in Aviation International, Lockheed Martin, Top Aces, Informa and the Dubai Airshow, the program will select 15 outstanding female Emirati students (ages 16–18) for an all-expense-paid orientation flight at a certified flying school.

Beyond this first experience piloting an aircraft, Discover Flight students will receive memberships to Women in Aviation International and take part in a mentorship program, connecting virtually with astronauts, airline captains, engineers, military pilots, and aerospace executives.

Each student will be awarded during the Discover Flight Ceremony at Dubai Airshow and receive a commemorative flight jacket and mission patch. The ceremony will take place on Friday, 11/21, at the Aerospace 2050 Stage at 10:40 AM.

“On the occasion of Kallman Worldwide’s and the USA Partnership Pavilion’s 30th anniversary at the Dubai Airshow, we’re honored to align with UAE government initiatives and the airshow’s NextGen Leaders Programme to present our first UAE team in November,” said Tom Kallman. “Our goal is to expand the pipeline of future talent, inspiring young women with their first flight and sustaining that inspiration through mentorship and global connections.”

“At Informa, we are committed to spotlighting emerging talent and leadership in aviation,” said Kate Manson, Project Manager, Aerospace at Informa. “By recognizing Discover Flight students within the NextGen Leaders Programme, we highlight how opportunities to fly today can spark the innovators, pilots, engineers, and aerospace leaders of tomorrow.”

Discover Flight builds upon the success of Kallman’s Astronaut Al Worden Endeavour Scholarship Program, which has provided all-expenses-paid trips to U.S. Space & Rocket Center’s Space Camp in Huntsville, Alabama. To date, the Scholarship has been awarded to 120 students and 30 educators from 11 countries.
