American Food and Agriculture Leaders Come Together at Espacio Food & Service 2025 under USA Pavilion, Led by The United States Department of Agriculture and Kallman Worldwide

 

Waldwick, NJ — August 7, 2025 — At this year’s Espacio Food & Service in Santiago, Chile, the United States will once again showcase its strength in food and agriculture through the USA Pavilion, organized by Kallman Worldwide. For the fifth time, this Pavilion has earned the official endorsement of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) which recognizes the top-level support it provides to U.S. companies seeking to grow and partner abroad. The USDA has also confirmed its endorsement for the 2026 edition, further underscoring the value of the Pavilion.

The show is recognized as one of the most important platforms for American companies looking to expand their footprint in Latin America. Held in Santiago, Chile, Espacio Food & Service is expected to attract over 35,000 attendees, many of whom are business owners, producers, department heads, and purchasing decision-makers. At the last edition, the show welcomed 62 international delegations from 24 countries, demonstrating its growing global footprint.

This year’s USA Pavilion will feature more than 35 leading U.S. organizations and companies, spanning a wide range of commodities and services, and covering over 300 square meters. This edition marks a 40% growth compared to the previous one, reflecting the sector’s growing interest in and commitment to this market. The show is a major gateway for American companies to find potential end customers, as well as local distributors interested in trading products in the country and region.

Among the Pavilion highlights, SaborUSA Chile will return with its much-anticipated live kitchen experience, featuring top chefs and culinary influencers. These experts will demonstrate inventive recipes that spotlight the quality and versatility of American ingredients—bringing the U.S. brand to life for Chilean consumers and industry professionals alike.

This year, the presence of the food sector is further strengthened with an expanded participation of companies and associations, including the U.S. Dairy Export Council (USDEC), featuring six leading companies from the cheese industry; the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF), alongside four prominent beef and pork exporters; the Hola Montana initiative, driven by the Montana Department of Agriculture, presenting a selection of pulses such as lentils, peas, and chickpeas; Sysco, export experts operating in more than 80 countries; and the USA Poultry & Egg Export Council (USAPEEC), promoting U.S. poultry products. In addition, Ventura Foods joins the lineup, along with renowned regional associations such as WUSATA (Western United States Agricultural Trade Association), SUSTA (Southern United States Trade Association), the Food Export Association of the Midwest USA & Food Export USA–Northeast, as well as the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute, the USA Dry Pea and Lentil Council, and the United States Soybean Export Council (USSEC).
