American Companies Come Together at MSPO 2025

Kielce, Poland and Waldwick, NJ, USA — September 1, 2025 — The United States will have a prominent presence at the International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO, happening on September 2-5, 2025, in Kielce, Poland. This annual trade show brings together leading companies, organizations, and delegations from countries all over the world, making it one of the most important events for the defense industry.

The USA Partnership Pavilion, organized by Kallman Worldwide, will serve as the hub for American business and commerce at the show. The pavilion spans more than 1,700 square meters and will feature 34 leading U.S. companies, including three first-time exhibitors, representing the depth and diversity of American aerospace, defense, and security innovation. Together, these exhibitors embody the strength of industry across 19 U.S. states, reinforcing America’s role as Poland’s trusted defense and security partner. The Pavilion continues its tradition as the largest international group presence at MSPO.

This year’s USA Partnership Pavilion at MSPO proudly celebrates a defining moment in educational diplomacy and global collaboration: the Al Worden Endeavour Scholarship Alumni Showcase.

At 3:30 PM on Wednesday, September 3, at the USA Partnership Pavilion Meeting Point, Booth #A09, a special event in partnership with Targi Kielce will be held to celebrate the impact of the Astronaut Al Worden Endeavour Scholarship. Attendees will hear directly from the alumni of Mission Team Poland, selected by Targi Kielce and POLSA, as they share their journeys, achievements, and the ways this life-changing program has shaped their futures.

The event will welcome Poland’s second student delegation into the Endeavour Class of 2026, symbolizing a growing partnership between Polish and American institutions committed to empowering the next generation of STEM leaders. As part of this program, Peter McKenna, Director of Business Development, Endeavour Scholarship Foundation and Dr. Andrzej Mochoń, Chief Executive Officer, Targi Kielce S.A., will formally sign a partnership certificate between Targi Kielce and the Endeavour Scholarship Foundation.

The Endeavour Scholarship, established in memory of Apollo 15 astronaut Col. Al Worden, provides prestigious awards to students and educators from around the world to attend Space Camp USA in Huntsville, Alabama. There, participants engage in immersive, hands-on STEM experiences, fostering leadership, international friendship, and future career inspiration.

As Aleksandra Skrocka, a student alumna from the program attending MSPO this year, stated:

“The Endeavour Scholarship turned out to be one of the most remarkable journeys of my life. Beyond giving us a chance to form friendships across five continents, it opened our eyes to the possibilities of the space sector. We’ve seen the potential of the aerospace industry through the doors that The Endeavour Scholarship opened for us. I’m glad I had an opportunity to meet so many bright, talented people. I believe together we showed the power of international teamwork. The inspiration I gained strengthened my determination to pursue engineering, making my path clearer than ever. I’m confident that many of us – proud alumni – will go on to play a part in shaping the future of aerospace.”

Not only does Skrocka’s experience reinforce the importance of global collaboration, a value that the American companies exhibiting at the show understand and continue to demonstrate, but it also highlights the impact that global connection can achieve on the future workforce.

By investing in students like Skrocka, and deepening ties between the U.S. and Poland, the Endeavour Scholarship program continues to unite today’s business leaders with tomorrow’s explorers – and inspires a brighter future for all.
