The USA Partnership Pavilion Opening Ceremony, Ribbon Cutting and Welcome Reception sponsorship is the perfect option for those seeking to share the spotlight with high-ranking foreign and domestic government officials.

The Opening Ceremony will take place prominently within the USA Partnership Pavilion on the morning of November 9. The ceremony itself will consist of brief remarks by top U.S. government representatives and the Pavilion organizer (who will recognize the sponsors of the ceremony). It will be followed by the cutting of a ceremonial ribbon to open the USA Partnership Pavilion for business. The Opening Ceremony and Ribbon Cutting will be followed by a Welcome Reception held in the USA Partnership Pavilion Meeting Point, located in Hall 7, booth 7350.

As an amenity for our exhibitors and their invited guests, the USA Partnership Pavilion Meeting Point is used as an exhibitors’ lounge and VIP area throughout the week.

Services provided include complimentary beverages and snacks, business support services (printing, copying, phone charging stations) and bookable conference rooms. Events such as the USA Partnership Pavilion Opening Ceremony center around in the Meeting Point, bringing a captive audience into the space.
