Inspiring the Next Generation: The Endeavour Scholarship

Further emphasizing the Pavilion’s spirit of collaboration, Kallman Worldwide will highlight a corporate social responsibility initiative of the Kallman Foundation. The Al Worden Endeavour Scholarship, a program that provides scholarships for students and educators around the world to attend the U.S. Space & Rocket Center’s Space Camp in Huntsville, Alabama, will announce an exciting new collaboration at ADIPEC 2025.

In partnership with International Community Schools and DMG Events, this initiative celebrates the UAE’s leadership in advancing STEM education and welcomes the country’s sixth team to the Endeavour Class of 2026.

“Every country we work in is facing the same challenges to prepare its young people for the future,” said Kallman Worldwide President and CEO Tom Kallman. “As an extension of our work advancing global trade in exhibition halls around the world, and with the support of global partners in government, industry, and academia, the Endeavour Scholarship mission is to empower youth to pursue careers in STEM.”

To date, the program has awarded scholarships to 120 students and 30 educators from 11 different countries. The program equips young minds with the skills to lead in space, science, and beyond and unites future industry leaders from around the world with a network of peers that have a shared commitment to innovation, education, and exploration.

The program has a long-lasting impact on participants. As alumna Antonia Covacevich said, “Space Camp helped me realize that I’m capable of achieving big things and that there are no limits to following my passion. I’ve learned that if I work hard and commit, anything is possible.”

The program honors Al Worden, Apollo 15 astronaut and pilot of the Command Module Endeavour, who championed science, technology, and education throughout his life.

With almost two decades of history at ADIPEC and 120 American companies on board, the USA Partnership Pavilion and Endeavour Scholarship exemplify how the United States and its allies are driving progress together.
