One
of the most important aspects of a trade show is how the exhibitor
has planned the company presentation. When there are a significant
number of participants recruited by a show representative, the agency
will organize them on a floor space in the convention hall, assigning
each to a stand according to the overall space needed. The organizer
will design and build for the entire space. The goal is not only
to introduce the group's country but also to make a strong impact
on the attending visitors. Each exhibiting member benefits from
the organizer's expertise, from the stand details to the additional
services that may be needed.
The "turnkey stand" that is offered allows the exhibitor,
upon arrival, to go to work setting up the company's display. Very
often the organizer will also offer "space only" so that
the exhibitor can design his/her own stand but still enjoys the
advantage of the country identification and the attendant services.
All of these concerns put together make up a pavilion - in our case,
the US International Pavilion, for US companies internationally
focused.
