IMDEX Asia is a biennial event offering a one-stop opportunity for trade exhibitors and visitors to keep abreast of the latest maritime defense technologies and research developments. IMDEX Asia is fully supported by the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN).
“IMDEX Asia is a key event in the maritime defense industry’s global calendar and the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) will work with the Singapore Airshow and Events (Sae) to take the exhibiton to a higher level of excellence and better serve the trade industry players, navies and maritime enforcement agencies in the Asia-Pacific region,” said RADM Chew Men Leong, Singapore’s Chief of Navy.
IMDEX Asia 2011 will be held at the Changi Exhibiton Centre (CEC), a world class purpose- built multi-dimensional facility with a 40,000 square meter covered exhibition space and a 100,000 square meter outdoor display area.
Held in conjunction with IMDEX ASIA will be the 2nd International and Maritime Security Conference (IMSC). The IMSC focuses on the maritime security environment, protection of sea lines of communication and coastal installations from potential threats by terror attacks and piracy. |
