Prime Minister David Cameron and U.S. Ambassador to the Court of St. James’s (U.K.) Louis Susman were among the scores of high-ranking international distinguished visitors at this year’s Farnborough International Airshow. The U.S. International Pavilion (the largest ever!) was host to 21 state pavilions, thanks in part to our promotion of the U.S. STEP program, whose grants helped 100+ small and medium businesses to be on this critical global stage to support their export activities. More than 225 American companies altogether exhibited in 3,500 square meters in the busy U.S. Pavilion, where business met innovation face-to-face for five exhilarating (albeit rainy) days.
